RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Sense of Symmetry as much as we do
We believe all of our products are awesome, but if something doesn't work, you can returns and exchanges them.


Can I Return my order?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issues, you can always exchange or return your order within 14 days from the delivery. Please note that the shoes must be in new condition with all the original packaged contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, hangtags, collateral, etc).


What happens if i've tried my shoes?
Shoes should be tried on cleaned indoors surface. Shoes received back with excess wear or damaged may not be eligible for a return or exchange.


How Do I request a Return?
Write an email at info@senseofsymmetry.com adding your order number as reference. Out customer care will get back to you managing your return request.

Please note you need to insert the reason why you want to ship them back, with extra notes and images in case is needed. At this stage we allow you to choose between the possibility to have an exchange or requesting a refund.
You will receive email notifications for keeping you update about the status of your request. 


How much will cost returns shipment?
If you're located in Italy, Europe A* UK or North America, all costs for return/exchange are for free. in the other cases, shipment costs are at responsibility of our clients (included duties costs if required).


Please do follow the instruction you get via email carefully in order to send back your items without problems.


How Long it usually takes to process a return approval?
Our Customer care will process your request sending you all the information you need to ship back your Sense of Symmetry  within 2 business day.

If you're located in Italy, Europe A*, UK or North America, you find in our confirmation email a PDF version of the label to ship back what you've purchased. Otherwise, you can use a carrier of your choice receiving all the information you need to complete the shipment via email.


How Do I Ship back Sense of Symmetry  shoes? 
As soon as you received your confirmation email, you can pack your Sense of Symmetry  into the original boxes together with all the collateral items. Be careful, do not  damage them.

You can use the same box you received the product or a similar one. 

Close it properly and attach the label on the box if your shipping back from Italy, Europe A*, UK or North America. After that, you can drop the box at an authorized return centers of your choice. Please, make sure you follow the instruction we send you via email carefully.

If you may need to arrange a pick up at your place (or where you spend most of your day), make sure to contact us in order to book it at info@
senseofsymmetry.com. This option is available for Italy, Europe A*, UK or North America retutn/exchange only.

 

How it works if I requested an exchange?
As soon as your returns will arrive at our warehouse and the status inspection has been completed, you get an instant refund code to use for placing another order.

We're going torefund any remaining balance to the original form of payment (in case there will be).


How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
If your product will be eligible for a return, you can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days with the same method of payment applied for the order. Please keep checking at it.
